SHIPPING:

We offer standard shipping for orders. Shipping charges will be calculated based on the destination address. Shipping charges will be shown on your order form before you submit your order.

Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your package online. You will also receive email updates on the status of your order and estimated delivery date.

If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us immediately. We will work with our shipping carrier to resolve any issues and ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible.

All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

In rare instances please allow an addtional 20 days for packages that are taken into customs or the mail service in the destination country is slow. These unexpected delays are beyond our control.

Please note that once your order arrives in the country of destination, local  taxes and local duties may apply and they differ from country to country. Please check with your local post office for these taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.

We hope you are OBSESSED with your new GossipNail press-ons and never want to go back to overpriced manicures again. Due to the handmade and time-consuming of our product, we DO NOT accept any cancellations or returns. Please be sure to order the right size as we won’t be held responsible if the wrong size nails are ordered.

*If there is any problems with your current order, please contact us within 24hrs of purchase. We will glad to assist you.

All sales are FINAL (except in the case of products delivered in defective or damaged state). If so, please contact us and include an image of the damaged product.  

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at gossipnailGSN@outlook.com so we can send you the return shipping address.

-We can not accept Returns or Exchanges on personalized orders.

-All Sale items are final and can not be returned or exchanged. This includes items that are bought with a Sale Discount Code but not the WELCOME discount upon signing up for our Newsletter.
